Rank 1: The most complete longevity panel in the UK
We're a comparison and education site, not a clinic or a lab. We include providers whether or not they work with us, and no provider can pay to change its score, its position or what we write about it.
We don't give medical advice. When a result matters, we'll always point you to a doctor.
Some "View offer" links are affiliate links. If you order through one, the provider may pay us a commission – you pay the same price. Every affiliate link is labelled next to the button.
There isn't one test that suits everyone. Most people start with a broad panel, and many look for one that includes ApoB, Lp(a), HbA1c, hs-CRP, vitamin D, ferritin, testosterone and TSH – the eight markers we track. Use the test finder above or the comparison table to see which providers include them where you live.
Do I need a doctor's referral to order a blood test?
Not for the UK and EU providers we list – you order directly. Some US services have an independent physician approve each order. Whichever you choose, share your results with your own doctor.
Are at-home finger-prick tests reliable?
The analysis is done by accredited labs, but finger-prick samples are smaller and more likely to fail or be affected by how they're collected. They suit many common markers well; larger panels are often more robust from a venous sample. Our guide to at-home vs clinic tests explains the trade-offs.

Can a blood test tell me if I'm healthy?
No single test can. A blood test gives you measurements from one moment in time. It doesn't diagnose a condition, and results inside the lab's range don't rule one out. A doctor interprets results alongside your history and symptoms.
